Allied Bakeries products, such as Kingsmill, are baked daily at the firm's own bakery in Glasgow. Visitors can sample the firm's seeded products, including the highly popular Kingsmill Seeds & Oats and its two variants, Wholesome & Nutty and Soft & Crunchy. Also on show will be Kingsmill 50/50; Burgen Soya & Linseed and Allinson Sunflower & Pumpkin and Allinson Harvest Grain loaves.

Angus Soft Fruits was initially formed to represent three family-owned soft fruit growers on the East Coast, helping them pool their resources and sell their products directly to supermarkets. Blackwood Distillers

BrewDog
Brew Dog started brewing in April 2007 in Fraserburgh on Scotland's North-East coastline.
Their artisan brewery is committed to making the highest quality traditional hand crafted ales all with contemporary innovative twists. Their beers are all hand brewed in small batches with a variety of speciality Scottish malt and imported hops. In fact, the brewery's Punk IPA won the Tesco Beer Challenge 2007 and the brand will be launched in Tesco stores on 28th April, which will be the first time Punk IPA has been listed in a supermarket.

Brown Brothers
The Brown's family has been in the business of curing their own meats since 1885, when they sold their wares from a small butcher's shop in Biggar, and from their horse and cart throughout Lanarkshire. Today, from their Sanquhar and Fenton Barns bases, Brown Brothers supply Tesco Deli counters with a full range of cooked meats, all sourced from farms around Scotland.

Buchanans Confectionary (Golden Casket Group)
Italian Creams, Buttered Brazils, Russian Caramels and Peppermint Creams are just some of the award-winning confections that Buchanans have been producing for 150 years and will be showing at this year's event. Based in Greenock and now part of the Golden Casket Group, the company prides itself in making sweeties from its original recipes, the oldest of which dates back to 1857. Dean's of Huntly
It was over 30 years ago when Huntly's own domestic goddess Helen Dean started baking shortbread to raise funds for the local pipe band. Having come a long way from its homely beginnings in the family kitchen, Dean's of Huntly continue to bake traditional Scottish Shortbread using Helen's original recipe. Tesco found the shortbread so delicious that they selected Dean's to produce Tesco's Finest* shortbread.
Dean's will be exhibiting its range of hand-baked shortbread, both Tesco Finest and Dean's brands. The range comprises a mix of Fingers, Petticoat Tails and Assortments, all of which display the trademark Dean's unique, melt in the mouth taste and texture.

Farne Salmon & Trout Ltd
Established in 1982 with six members of staff, Farne's factory in Duns is now amongst the biggest smoked salmon facilities in Europe. Farne is the biggest private employer in the Borders with a core workforce of 500 people, rising to over 1,000 from August to December to deal with the increased demand for quality smoked salmon and added value smoked salmon products during the Christmas period.

First Milk & Cheese

Quaker Oats
Quaker has been milling oats since 1899. All its oats are milled at Cupar in Fife and all electricity used is from renewable energy sources. The Cupar mill also prides itself on complementing the rich arable farm lands that surround the mill. Smoke emissions from the boilers are carefully controlled and the wet particles from steaming the oats are tightly filtered so what returns to the drains is almost pure water. The husks or shells from the oat plants are condensed to make animal feed and all Quaker packaging is fully recyclable.

Sangs of Banff
For over 100 years, Sangs of Banff have been producing soft drinks from their base at Macduff on the Moray Firth Coast of North East Scotland. The water they use comes from the 'Lost' well of Tarlair. The well, documented since 1740 was rediscovered in 1996. The water from the well is naturally filtered through the sub-strata of the Scottish Highlands for hundreds of years.
